Refund policy

We accept returns on non-prescription eyewear and accessories in unused condition and with all original packaging up to 14 days from when you receive your purchase. Please email us at contact@hello-optometry.com to initiate any returns.

Returns can be made in-person or shipped to our office by any method at your expense. Please do not ship any returns to the manufacturer. If shipped, we recommend a trackable and insured service with secure packaging. You’ll be notified by email once we’ve received the returned item. After inspection, we’ll notify you again if your full refund is approved or rejected and a credit will be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment.

We understand purchasing eyewear online can be difficult, especially finding the most appropriate size and fit for your prescription. For this reason, we highly encourage our patients and customers to visit the Hello Optometry office for a one-on-one consultation with one of our eyewear specialists to ensure the best fit.  

Exclusions

We do not accept returns on items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts or packaging not due to our error. We also do not accept returns on products purchased during a mark down promotion or sale. Any return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
